SAM gathers some great new products and ideas from the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions annual trade show.


SAM visited the IAAPA (International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions) show in Orlando, Fla., Nov. 18-22, and found dozens of ideas for resort operators to consider for summer business. A theme familiar to our industry was everywhere at the show—how to offer a total family experience. Whether that means extending “playtime” for thrill seekers and older kids or addressing mom and the younger kids, it’s all meant to create a more involved experience and increased spending per guest.
