CONVERSION CAMP IS ALL ABOUT GROWING OUR INDUSTRY!
SAM Magazine and Snow Operating LLC present the first annual Conversion Camp at Jiminy Peak, MA - March 4-6. The Camp will be a total immersive experience for resort operators that examines the complete trial and conversion process for beginners—from the parking lot to the slopes. Conversion Camp is all about increasing our industry's low 15% conversion rate of first-time skiers and riders.
The full immersion will include testing the latest rental systems as attendees experience, first-hand, Terrain Based Learning all while learning from experts and sharing with fellow operators. A combination of on-hill, classroom, and other group activities will explore where current approaches fall short, and where opportunities to improve are greatest. Most importantly, we will have your mind and your passion at the table.

The Psychology of Fun and Learning - JUST ADDED!
Nicole Lazzaro is founder of XEODesign, an award winning firm that helps organizations increase engagment with play. Her ground-breaking research on the Four Keys to Fun have unearthed opportunities for creating experiences based on understanding the science of fun. Conversion From the Top
Resort leaders will share their first winter's results using the Terrain Based Learning program. Together we will look at the metrics, the issues, challenges, imperatives and possibilities from the boss's point of view.
