INDUSTRY EVENTS RESORT INDUSTRY LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE The 2008 Resort Industry Leadership Institute (RiLi) took place at Lyndon State College in Lyndonville, VT June 3-5, gathering 37 representatives from 15 east coast resorts. Each participant takes part in the Leadership 360 Assessments which are completed to strengthen and prioritize professional performance, skill development and goal setting. Coaches, workshops and guest speakers address leadership enhancement and flexibility in the workplace and productivity through managing people, information, communication and technology.
