SAM Magazine-Red Lodge, Mont., Oct. 26, 2007-An affiliate of JMA Ventures, LLC has purchased Red Lodge Mountain Resort. JMA has, in the past eighteen months, also bought Homewood and Alpine Meadows, Calif. JMA is a San Francisco-based real estate investment company. 

 

 "We're very excited to be involved with Red Lodge Mountain Resort," said Art Chapman, president of JMA Ventures. "We're looking forward to working with the great team at the mountain and getting to know the community," he added.  

 

"Red Lodge is a wonderful town and resort just outside Yellowstone National Park.  We have enjoyed being part of the community here for many years," said Rob Ringer, GM for Red Lodge Mountain Resort. "We are very pleased to be involved with JMA and look forward to making the ski mountain even better for our guests."
