SAM Magazine--Donnelly, Idaho, September 8, 2006--Andre Agassi and Stefanie Graf, through their company Agassi Graf Development LLC, and Bayview Financial LP, finalized an agreement to develop a luxury mountain project at Tamarack Resort. Called the Fairmont Tamarack, the development will include a resort and spa, with 285 units, located in Tamarack's village and a mid-mountain site with 50 private residences. Fairmont Hotels and Resorts will manage the hotel and residences and sales are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2007 with a completion date expected in 2009.

Agassi and Graf will be active in the development, design and overall lifestyle offering. "Tamarack is the perfect location for anyone interested in taking a little time out of their lives to get away or spend quality time with their family," Agassi said.
