SAM Magazine-Bethel, Me., Sept. 20, 2007-Sunday River, Sugarloaf, and Loon are offering a new New England Pass, which offers skiing and riding at all three areas. The pass results from the recent addition of Loon to Boyne USA's group of areas in New England.

The New England Pass comes in three versions. The Bronze Pass ($369 for all ages) is valid midweek during non-holiday periods. The Silver Pass ($699 for all ages) is valid seven days a week, with 12 blackout dates on holidays and select Saturdays. The Gold Pass (from $499 for seniors to $899 for adults) is valid all days. Skiers and riders who already hold a pass valid for the coming year at any of the three resorts will have the option to upgrade to a New England Pass. A New England College Pass ($329) is also available. The passes will go on sale in late September or early October and must be purchased by Nov. 30.

Those who purchase or upgrade to the New England Pass will receive additional benefits, including free or discounted skiing at Boyne USA resorts in the U.S. and Canada. These include Big Sky, Mont., Brighton, Utah, Crystal Mountain, Wash., and Cypress Mountain, B.C.
