SAM Magazine-Edwards, Colo., June 6, 2011-Colorado Mountain Express (CME), owned by Vail Resorts, will offer daily shared-ride shuttle service from downtown Denver to both Summit County and Vail.
 Denver visitors and residents can enjoy a daytrip or overnight getaway to the mountains without hassling with I-70 traffic. And residents of Summit and Eagle Counties can take advantage of the service for daytrips to the city. Colorado Mountain Express plans to continue the daily service through winter 2011-12.

Scheduled downtown Denver pickup locations include the Marriott City Center, Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center, and Sheraton Denver Downtown. Tickets from downtown to three Summit County locations-the transit hubs at Keystone Lodge, the Frisco Transportation Center, and the Village at Breckenridge-are $29 each way. Tickets from downtown to the Vail Transportation Center are $39 each. Bikes, golf clubs skis and snowboards can be transported on the shuttle at no additional cost.
