The land is between Dillon and Frisco, near I-70. Proceeds from home sales could be used to fund maintenance and improvements to Forest Service facilities.

The bill still requires action in the U.S. Senate, where a bill has also been introduced. It is scheduled for review by the Energy and Natural Resources committee during November.
