Management has been in negotiations with the union, which only includes mountain employees and not hotel or train employees, but were unable to come to an agreement. In the meantime, the resort said that it will remain open and that all services will be up and running. Le Massif officials also said that they will continue to work with the union to come up with a solution that will satisfy both parties.
