The western camp program offers on-hill coaching and interactive multiday workshops covering all aspects of operating a park. “Last year we changed up the program by implementing one-on-one on-hill coaching. It allowed campers to spend more time refining their technical skills on a variety of feature types," said Timberline mountain manager and Cutter's instructor Logan Stewart.

Stewart worked with organizers from SAM to launch a new workshop called “Park Challenge,” where groups were faced with a multitude of theoretical resort challenges they had to overcome.

The Fall Refresher will feature a multitude of unique workshops, educational sessions, and opportunities for collaboration.

"We're thrilled to be hosting Cutter's Camp East at Mount Snow again, especially the inaugural Fall Refresher. The new dates will provide us the opportunity to start the season with fresh energy, and get our newly hired park teams the information they need to succeed," said Elia Hamilton, Peak Resorts director of freestyle terrain.

“Participants sharing their knowledge and learning from one another is the cornerstone of why Cutter's Camp has been successful for 15 years,” said SAM magazine publisher Olivia Rowan. “Every year, freestyle terrain pros from operations of all sizes walk away from camp with a variety of actionable best practices and skills."

Both camp locations will offer different price points to help meet participant's budgets. Prices are all-inclusive of meals, lodging, camp sessions, workshops, nighttime activities, and welcome bag. The price of the Timberline program includes an on-hill building program and airport transfers. Visit www.cutterscamp.com for details.

Registration for the Timberline Camp will open Jan. 25, 2017. Email olivia@saminfo.com for more information.
