Copper Mountain Resort is hiring a Lift Operations Manager!
This role provides leadership, coordination, administration, and direction for the Lift Operations Department to ensure they align with company goals and objectives along with the State and Federal rules and regulations. Responsible for revenue generation and cost controls as set forth in the budgeting and business plan process. Understanding of marketing, advertising and promotion of the Lift Operations revenue generating BU's. We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Resort Operations, strong skiing ability, firm understanding of risk management, knowledge of CPTSB and Colorado Skier Safety Act, lift Construction and Lift Maintenance to reinforce trouble shooting abilities. Licensed in snowmobile operations. Trained in Snow cat operation, boom trucks/cranes, lift evacuation, rigging, blue print reading, surveying, computer operation, supervisory skills and aspects of Lift Maintenance.
