Newry, Me., May 26, 2006-Dana Bullen has become president and managing director of Sunday River resort in Newry, Maine, effective immediately. He has served as GM of the resort since September 2004 and brings more than 20 years of ski industry and resort management experience to the job. Bullen, who spent several years working his way through the ranks at Sugarloaf/USA, also served as VP of partnership marketing for American Skiing Company (ASC), parent to both Sunday River and Sugarloaf.

John Diller, president and managing director of both Sugarloaf/USA and Sunday River for the past few years, remains in charge at Sugarloaf. "With the addition of the Sunday River Golf Club, surrounding development and significant base area upgrades, Sunday River requires the undivided attention of one managing director," said ASC president and CEO B.J. Fair. \
