SAM Magazine—Denver, Feb. 4, 2020—After finalizing its acquisition of the Denver and Boston Ski and Snowboard Expos from BEWI Productions, Snowsports Industries America (SIA) has rebranded the events and unveiled the 2020 dates. The newly minted “Snowbound” consumer expos will take place Nov. 6-8, 2020 in Denver, and Nov. 19-22 in Boston, Mass.

The Snowbound website describes the events as “the official kickoff to winter, bringing the entire snow community together under one roof to see the new products for the season, and build the stoke for the upcoming season. For these days, alongside our colleagues and friends, we’re all snowbound.”

SIA president Nick Sargent said the association’s goal was “…to build on these long-standing winter expos with a pair of events that truly bring the progressive and innovative nature of the entire winter outdoor community to life.”
