SAM's annual SAMMY Awards honor those individuals in the mountain resort industry who, at mid-career, demonstrate the enthusiasm, passion and creativity that will shape our future. SAMMY Award recipients are selected through a peer nomination process that starts each January. Join us in identifying the dynamic personalities who will contribute to the growth and excitement of our sport and our industry.

About six years ago, there was a general feeling among top managers that the resort industry faced a looming succession shortage. So in 2007, SAM launched the Top 10 Under 30, a call to the industry to tell us about its exceptional young people.

In November 2015 SAM will host its 10th annual Terrain Park Contest, in which builders and designers from around the world are encouraged to submit their latest and greatest park features. From signature big-air hits and fresh progression features to the events that highlight them, SAM's annual terrain park contest is looking for innovation and creativity that is progressing the world of freestyle terrain.
