What is the PLI leadership self-assessment?

As part of the PEAK Navigator program you'll take the Performance Leader Identifier (PLI) from UK-based Real World Group. It is designed to identify the behaviors you use to create superior, sustainable performance in your organization. It's a forced-choice assessment asking you to select behaviors most/least like you. Give yourself some focused, quiet time to complete the assessment. Remember, this doesn't measure your personality or competence, but rather the behaviors you tend to use frequently/infrequently.
