SAM Magazine—Boulder, Colo., May 16, 2016—The process of booking, organizing, and managing ski school reservations could get an upgrade thanks to a partnership between Snow operating emailsizeSNOW Operating and software firm SnowCloud.

Making a reservation for a group, private, or kids ski school lesson has traditionally been done over the phone. This offers an element of guest service, but drastically affects efficiency. SNOW Operating and SnowCloud plan to develop software that streamlines the entire process, improving both the guest booking experience and resort reservation management.

“There's no reason that booking or managing a lesson reservation online should be more difficult than making a dinner reservation. That's what we are aiming to change by partnering with SnowCloud,” said Joe Hession, CEO of SNOW Operating.

SnowCloud chief technology officer Adam Bess said, “Together, we have recognized a terrific need within the industry for better technology to improve both the guest and resort experiences. Our product is designed to fill that need and revolutionize the way that ski lessons are booked and managed.”

SnowCloud plans to launch a Beta version of its software for the 2016-17 winter season with a select group of partner resorts.
