Bear Valley Mountain Resort is looking for an experienced ski patroller and leader to join our Ski Patrol team as Assistant Director.
This is a hands-on leadership role supporting daily patrol operations, staff training, mountain safety, emergency response, and overall patrol planning. We’re looking for someone with strong judgment, solid communication skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
