SAM Magazine–July 21, 2009–The purchase of the Yellowstone Club by Cross Harbor Capital Partners, LLC, was completed on July 17. Boston-based CrossHarbor, which includes several members of the private ski and golf club in Montana, will manage the property with Discovery Land Company.
“Today the Club emerges from Chapter 11 as a well capitalized enterprise, positioned to maintain and build on it premier status for the benefit of the Club’s members, employees and the Big Sky community,” said Sam Byrne, managing partner at CrossHarbor.
