Killington Resort is seeking a year-round Grooming & Trails Supervisor to support the daily operations of the Grooming & Trails Department. Working closely with the Grooming and Night Operations Managers, this leadership role oversees winter snow grooming operations, summer trail maintenance activities, employee supervision and development, safety programs, operational planning, and capital projects. The Grooming & Trails Supervisor coordinates closely with Snowmaking, Lift Operations, Ski Patrol, Vehicle Maintenance, Terrain Parks, Events, and other resort departments to ensure exceptional trail conditions, efficient operations, and an outstanding guest experience throughout the year.
