SAM Magazine—Broomfield, Colo., Nov. 25, 2025—Vail Resorts has appointed Celeste Burgoyne as executive vice president and chief revenue officer, effective Jan. 26, 2026. In her newly created role, Burgoyne will oversee Vail Resorts' marketing function, lead all aspects of the guest journey and digital experience, and be directly responsible for most of the company's revenue.

Vail Resorts chairperson and CEO Rob Katz said Burgoyne is “a proven business leader with a long track record of driving growth and long-term guest loyalty at lululemon. Celeste's deep appreciation for the connection between brand, guest experience, and revenue will be critical as we continue to reimagine how we connect with our guests, reignite our resort brands, and accelerate growth in both lift revenue and our ancillary lines of business."

Burgoyne, who resides in Vancouver, British Columbia, has spent her entire career in retail. She joined lululemon in 2006 and has held several leadership roles with the company. She currently oversees all channel and customer-facing aspects of its North American business, including e-commerce, customer relationship management, marketing, retail store experience, and real estate. She is directly responsible for more than $7.5 billion in revenue. She previously spent 10 years at Abercrombie & Fitch.
