Alyeska Resort is seeking an experienced Rental Manager to lead our year-round rental operations in beautiful Girdwood, Alaska.
This key leadership role is about more than running a rental shop—it’s about building a close-knit, family-style team that shares a genuine love for the mountain in every season. From skis and snowboards in the winter to bikes and Bike Park operations in the summer, the Rental Manager will create a welcoming environment where employees support one another, share their knowledge, and help guests get excited about the sports, equipment, and experiences Alyeska has to offer.
