At the ceremony, Michael Seeber, head of Leitner Technologies, also gave a $500,000 check to Mesa State College to support its new engineering program.

The new facility doubles Leitner-Poma's useable space, which will be used to accommodate Leitner Technologies' wind turbine (Leitwind) and urban transportation (Mini-Metro) businesses. The new buildings have incorporated several green aspects including tinted windows, natural light, extra thick insulation and lights that automatically adjust to natural light.
