Experiential Resources
Every project starts with listening. We work alongside you to find the attractions that are the perfect fit: the ones your site can support, your team can run well, and that meet your revenue goals. From master planning to construction support for local teams and contractors, we're happy to partner with you for any stage of your project - or for all of them. Want attractions that are beautiful, exciting, and that pencil out? That’s what we do. Let’s chat.

Outdoor Venture Group
The Nautilus Observation Tower captures the view-only visitor, offering a gentle, ADA-accessible slope to the top and creating peak photo ops. For those thrill seekers who are more adventurous, a spiral slide can be added to the tower. Our Treetop Canopy Walks take it from there, reaching the group that will never put on a harness but will marvel at the gorgeous views from the treetops.
Aerial Adventure Parks cater to the guest who came to be challenged, holding them on the mountain for hours rather than minutes. And for the littlest visitors, our new Nine8 Ball Tracks cover the youngest kids and the adults accompanying them. Our gravity-fed ball tracks offer a new spin German Kugelbahn, with a “mini-golf” structure and the option for friendly competition.
Each one is a viable stand-alone attraction. Together, they keep your guests active and engaged for hours, even days, with a reason to come back summer after summer.
