SAM Magazine-Vancouver, B.C., Aug. 7, 2008-The competition schedules for the 2010 Paralympic and Winter Olympic ski and snowboard events is coming into focus. Both schedules are available online at www.vancouver2010.com, giving spectators two months to review the event plan before tickets go on sale on Oct. 3.

Notable alpine skiing schedule highlights include the men's downhill, Feb. 13, the ladies' downhill, Feb. 16 and the men's super G, Feb. 17, all at Whistler. The men's and ladies' moguls finals will each take place under the lights at Cypress Mountain, with ladies on Feb. 13 and the men on Feb. 14 (Valentine's Day). Snowboarding will get underway with the men's snowboard cross Feb. 15 and wrap up with the men's PGS Feb. 27; all snowboarding events are at Cypress. Men's halfpipe is Feb. 17; women, Feb. 18. \
