SAM Magazine—Denver, Colo., Sept. 28, 2023—Alterra Mountain Company announced today that Pennsylvania’s Blue Mountain and Camelback Resort will join the Ikon Pass for the 2023-24 season. Untitled design 2023 09 28T124045.653 

Located in Tannersville, Camelback is the largest snowsports resort in the Poconos, with 166 skiable acres. Blue Mountain, in Palmerton, has the state's highest vertical and one of the largest snowmaking systems on the East Coast. 

Ikon Pass holders will have access to seven days of skiing or riding at each resort with no blackout days, while Ikon Base Pass holders will have access to five days at each destination, with select blackout dates. Blue Mountain and Camelback will also be included on the Ikon Session Pass, a four-day option.

With the addition, the Ikon Pass grants access to 58 snowsports resorts on five continents and 11 countries, including 17 U.S. states and four Canadian Provinces.
