SAM Magazine—Natick, Mass., April 13, 2026—Nominations are now open for SAM’s annual “10 Under 30,” presented with support from Snow Operating. The program recognizes young professionals who are making meaningful contributions at their resorts and demonstrating strong potential for future leadership.

Resort leaders are encouraged to nominate standout team members in their 20s who show initiative, creativity, and leadership in their roles. Nominees may come from any department across ski area operations.

“The industry is full of young professionals who take initiative and influence their teams in meaningful ways,” said SAM publisher Olivia Rowan. “10 Under 30 shines a light on those emerging leaders.”

Each year’s class reflects a broad range of roles and responsibilities across the industry, with honorees who are contributing to their teams’ success and helping move their organizations forward.

The selected individuals will be featured in the July 2026 issue of SAM magazine.

The deadline for nominations is May 1, 2026.
