A good lift mechanic is hard to find. Leitner-Poma of America wants to help the industry rise up to the challenge of supporting the next generation of lift mechanics, with the second annual Rise Up Challenge.

Congratulations for the six teams competing in the 2022 Rise Up Challenge: Arizona Snowbowl, Ariz.; Boston Mills Brandywine, Ohio; Magic Mountain, Vt.; Whistler Blackcomb, B.C.; WinSport, A.B.; and Winter Park, Colo.
