Hello, Tantamount folks:
I just wanted to tell you how much fun my family had when we vacationed at Tantamount over Christmas. The kids had a wonderful experience in ski school and my husband and I were able to have some rare private time.
Because we enjoyed the trip so much, I’d like to suggest that the ob-gyn staff here at Duvalier Community Hospital schedule our annual springtime retreat at Tantamount. Who would I talk to about group lodging and ticketing rates for a group of ten couples and three singles?

Thank you for sending along the information on your spring trip. Our room rate for April 13 to 15 is $139 per person, double occupancy, but if you prepay before March 12 we can reduce the rate to $115 per person. I understand that you will need 12 rooms. Will you need conference and banqueting facilities?
We can offer you a group rate on lift tickets of $15 per person (adults) and $8 (children 12 and under). Let me know if any of your group will take advantage of our top-rated ski school. sincerely,

You seem like an intelligent and helpful person, but your e-mail system is making me crazy. We have been corresponding for a week and all I have to show for it is room rates, lift ticket prices and your closing date. I could have found this information in your brochure.

BTW, I notice that while your e-mail robot invariably responds promptly, real people in your office seem to post their email early in the morning and late in the afternoon. Does this mean that you spend most of your day skiing?
