oinke.com

This whimsically named site is all about serious business as it offers a live Internet trading exchange at www.oinke.com for businesses and lenders. The concept works on making use of private loan auctions to get affordable lending rates. To date, more than 100 lenders have signed on and more than $120 million in loan requests have been posted. Designers say the site will simplify the borrowing process for 63 types of loans (including seven with hospitality emphasis), reduce paperwork and exposes businesses to a larger pool of lenders..
