Avalanche Mitigation Supervisor – Solitude Mountain Resort

Solitude Mountain Resort is hiring a seasonal Avalanche Mitigation Supervisor to help lead our mountain safety operations during the 2025–2026 winter season. This dynamic role includes overseeing up to 45 staff and performing both fieldwork (80%) and office duties (20%). Candidates must have expert skiing skills, supervisory experience, avalanche mitigation background, and be comfortable operating in steep, technical terrain under challenging conditions. Pay starts at $33+/hour, depending on experience. Summer employment opportunities available. Recruiting and interviews begin Fall 2025.
