Giants Ridge is hiring a strategic, guest-focused General Manager to lead our year-round operations in northern Minnesota. This role oversees all resort departments – including ski, golf, food & beverage, and facilities – and ensures operational excellence, exceptional service, and strong financial performance across all seasons.

The ideal candidate brings experience managing both ski and golf or other seasonal operations, and proven leadership and financial skills, and thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

This position reports to the VP of Hospitality at Guest Services, Inc., and works in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Iron Range Resources & Rehabilitation.
