Lift Operations Manager

Description

Oversee and manage all aspects of the Lift Operations Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, schedule, and manage department employees.
  • Diplomatically handles staff & client situations.
  • Conducts all department meetings.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and revisions as necessary within the department.
  • Set goals and objectives for the department.
  • Set a positive and professional example.
  • Ensures that all operations comply with A.N.S.I. B77 Code.
  • Stays aware of conditions or occurrences that may affect the safety of operations.
  • Oversees all Lift Operations Department safety programs, including the O.S.H.A. required monthly safety meeting.
