Description
The Manager of Mountain Operations is responsible for oversight, leadership, and daily execution of all mountain operations departments including Lift Maintenance, Lift Operations, Vehicle and Parking Lot Maintenance, Ski/Bike Patrol, Trail Maintenance (grooming, snowmaking, terrain park, slope erosion and water control), and Fuels and Fire Management. This position requires excellent project management skills while also being hands-on, in the field particularly in for snowmaking operations and forestry management in the summer, and trail and terrain park management in the winter. Minimum of 5 years mountain operations experience required, including 3 years in snowmaking. Salary = $73k - $93k. Employee housing available.
