The Director of Human Resources is part of the Rose Senior Leadership Team to address key HR challenges and opportunities and assist with overall business goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management or an equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities

• At least 5 years Human Resources management experience required

• Prior HR experience in the ski industry preferred

• PHR, SPHR certification preferred

• Experience using HRIS software to maintain employee records, process payroll, and produce reports
