Aspenware is looking for a Release Coordinator with resort industry chops, ideally someone who already knows Aspenware and RTP inside and out. You'll own our upgrade and release process end to end: deployment, release notes, smoke testing, and making sure every customer upgrade lands successfully and on time. You'll be the connective tissue between Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Product, giving leadership and customers clear visibility into where every release stands. This is a hands on role for someone who wants real ownership of a process and can apply resort platform knowledge to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
