Song Mountain/Labrador Mountain (SkiCNY.com) is seeking a full time Ski and Snowboard School Director. Candidate must demonstrate leadership, communication and organizational skills, with a keen sense of the “bottom line”. A background in sales and marketing is a plus. Level 2 or 3 PSIA/AASI certification preferred, not required. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to hire, train, and supervise a professional staff (100+) for all lessons / school programs, as well as overseeing payroll and HR reporting each week.
