Working directly with the Terrain Park Manager, Terrain Park Day Crew Supervisor, and Terrain Park Crew to develop and implement strategies within the terrain park that will maximize efficiency and involve continuous improvement to terrain park construction, maintenance, safety, and employees’ growth.
