This position is ideal for a mechanically inclined professional who thrives in high-altitude, hands-on work. You’ll perform preventative maintenance and repairs on tram mechanical and electrical systems, maintain detailed service logs, and ensure compliance with ANSI standards and operational regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair tramway systems using manufacturer specifications

• Uphold rigorous safety practices, including fall protection and lock-out/tag-out

• Assist with emergency operations, including rope evacuations and system recovery

• Support training programs and stay current on industry standards

• Step into operations roles or leadership support when needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in mechanical or electrical maintenance (tram or lift experience a plus)

• Ability to work at height in extreme alpine conditions

• Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset

• CPR/First Aid and rope access certifications (or ability to obtain)

The Environment: Work at elevations up to 2,000 ft in a fast-paced aerial tram-mountain area setting, with exposure to weather, heights, and technical challenges. This role requires physical stamina, adaptability, and a commitment to team safety.
