Inspire and lead our youngest alpine racers (ages 7-9) at Kirkwood Mountain Resort! KSEF seeks a passionate Head Coach dedicated to athlete development, safety, and teamwork. Lead engaging training sessions, manage race preparation for the Far West & Tahoe Race Series, and foster a positive, competitive spirit.

Required:

• USSS Level 100 Certification

• Proven youth coaching experience

• Exceptional communication & organizational skills
