“With Andrew’s leadership, Prinoth continues to reinforce its position at the forefront of snow grooming technology, sustainability, and performance—supporting resorts, trail systems, and winter operators across in the United States and across the globe,” said Horst Haller, CEO of Prinoth Snow Groomers and a board member of Prinoth Group.

Nicolas spent 17 years with John Deere Construction and Forestry, including 14 years in sales and marketing roles, followed by leadership positions within Deere’s construction distribution network covering the U.S. mountain region. He also served in sales and leadership roles for agriculture and construction equipment distributors Honnen Equipment Co. and RDO Equipment Co.

He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University, and grew up skiing and snowmobiling in the Michigan Upper Peninsula. He brings a passion for mountain sports and decades of experience in diesel-hydraulic equipment and advanced engineering to his new role.

“It’s the perfect match—cutting-edge technology, precision equipment, and a brand that continues to lead the way in snow grooming,” said Nicolas. “It really gets the engineering nerd in me fired up.”
