Mt. Bachelor is looking for a Lift Maintenance Manager!

The Lift Maintenance Manager Assists the Lift Maintenance Senior Manager (LMSM) in providing leadership, administration, coordination, and guidance for the Lift Maintenance and Lift Maintenance Electrical departments to align with company goals and objectives. Serves as an ambassador of Mt. Bachelor as part of the management team. Assists the LMSM in overseeing the preventative and daily operative maintenance of all lifts, tow ropes, and carpets. Helps LMSM identify and oversee all short-term and long-term projects. Assists in leading the team of lift mechanics and works closely with the management of the Mountain Operations team to ensure a seamless operation. Covers all LMSM duties in their absence.
