SAM Magazine—Broomfield, Colo., April 6, 2023—Vail Resorts has named Nadia Guerriero, currently vice president and COO of Beaver Creek Resort, Colo., senior vice president and COO of the Rockies Region, and appointed her to the company’s executive committee.Nadia HN In her new role, Guerriero will lead Vail Resorts’ six resorts in Colorado and Utah and report to Bill Rock, president of the mountain division.

“Nadia leads with an enterprise mindset and an ability to integrate and execute company strategies across all lines of business,” said Rock. “She has effectively led strategic programs that transformed how our company operationalizes data-driven insights to enhance lift performance and has a proven ability to lead through community and stakeholder engagements.”

Guerriero joined Vail Resorts when the company acquired Northstar California in 2010. She served in numerous roles at the resort, ultimately being named vice president and GM in 2016. In 2019, Guerriero joined Beaver Creek as vice president and COO. There, she steered the McCoy Park terrain expansion among other development projects.
