SAM Magazine—Natick, Mass., Sept. 3, 2025—HTI Group is joining the HKD Snowmakers ownership team of Charles Santry, Anni Dupré Santry, and Ian Jarrett. The ownership stake in HKD adds to HTI Group’s existing portfolio, which also includes Leitner-Poma, Prinoth, and DemacLenko. In a related move, HKD will assume responsibility for DemacLenko operations in North America.Charles Santry and Anton Seeber at HTI’s headquarters in Vipiteno (Sterzing), located in South Tyrol, Italy.

With HKD taking over all of DemacLenko’s North American operations, the companies will collaborate on new snowmaking technology, and all North American products will carry the HKD brand and orange color. The DemacLenko team will consolidate within HKD.
