SAM Magazine—Keystone, Colo., July 7, 2025— Ski area representatives attending the Mountain Towns 2030 Climate Summit this October are invited to arrive early for a special pre-Summit gathering hosted at Arapahoe Basin Ski Area on Monday, Oct. 6. The event is a collaboration between Mountain Towns 2030, the National Ski Areas Association (NSAA), and SAM magazine.

Mt2030 Breck 2025Building on the success of last year’s arrival day event at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, this year’s gathering will once again offer ski industry leaders the chance to connect ahead of the Summit. The afternoon at A-Basin will feature informal networking and on-mountain conversations focused on climate strategies and shared challenges within the ski sector.

The event is free for registered ski area attendees of the Summit. Participants should plan to arrive in Breckenridge by 1 p.m. to catch a group shuttle to A-Basin, or arrive at the ski area by 1:30 p.m. if driving.

The Mountain Towns 2030 Climate Summit will take place October 7–8 in Breckenridge, Colo. Advance registration pricing ends July 11. Registration for both the Summit and the arrival day gathering is now open.
