SNOWCLOUD unveiled a major expansion of its resort commerce and operations platform, adding new tools for pricing, purchasing, and fulfillment. The update includes configurable multi-day products, house accounts, a redesigned checkout, and expanded food-and-beverage capabilities. 

BSC INDUSTRIES acquired Boston-based bearing distributors Emerson Bearing and Action Bearing. Existing customers will continue working with the same sales representatives while gaining access to BSC's expanded product offerings and engineering services.

TORRENT ENGINEERING AND EQUIPMENT acquired Vermont Pump and Fabrication. Equipment from the company has been relocated to Torrent's Warsaw, Ind., facility. 

ETERNITY will lead an AI training program for Boyne Resorts and its family of mountain and destination resorts. The Burlington-based company has also been selected to redesign the Terry Peak, S.D., website, including a rebuilt conditions reporting system and integration of an AI-powered guest chatbot from Get Ski Bots.

ASPENWARE will launch Order Management this fall, allowing guests to make eligible changes to bookings within resort-defined refund and cancellation policies. The company is also piloting a conversational AI-powered commerce experience with select resorts.

ACCESSO expanded its mobile guest platform with Bluetooth-enabled lift access through a partnership with SKIDATA. The update also adds SkiKrumb integration and new AI-powered guest assistance and itinerary planning tools. 

SKYTRAC LIFTS partnered with skadii to integrate real-time ropeway performance data with maintenance management and daily operations. The integration provides operators with lift performance, work orders, maintenance history, and operational records in a single platform. 

ACTIVE NETWORK introduced SummitAPI, a REST-based integration platform that enables RTP|One to connect with third-party systems. The company also launched a beta version of its web-based Gate Monitor and introduced the PowerUp Portal for product updates, training resources, and customer support. 

ONCORE PAYMENT TECHNOLOGIES rebranded its CardDog payment platform as OnCore Connect. The platform now supports Apple Pay and 3D Secure authentication through its Jet API. 

ONLYSKY added cart recovery to its booking platform. The feature automatically follows up on abandoned purchases for tickets, lessons, and passes while providing reporting on recovered revenue and conversions.

E-LIBERTY reported first-year results from its Revenue Governance System deployment at Ski Bromont, Quebec. According to the company, the resort increased ticket yield and overall ticket revenue while using the automated pricing platform for both winter and summer operations. 

EDGEAUDITOR released a series of platform updates, including a redesigned reporting interface, customizable incident reports, expanded dispatch tools, and enhanced analytics for resort operations. 

ZPATROL expanded its mountain safety platform with digital waiver capabilities that attach signed waivers directly to incident records. The company is also developing integrations with Ullr Mountain Ops and Airflare.

WINTERSTEIGER installed a Jupiter ski service machine at Whiteface Mountain for the New York State Olympic Regional Development Authority (ORDA). The installation follows a Jupiter machine added at Belleayre Mountain, N.Y., last season.

WORLD CUP SUPPLY developed a custom safety net system for the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup at Whistler Blackcomb, B.C., in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery. The project supports efforts to standardize venue safety systems for North American mountain bike events. 

AVALANCHE INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT will install the first Inauen-Schätti LM32 avalanche tower in North America this fall. The company continues to support RACS avalanche control installations across the continent.  

MND opened its first U.S. monorail coaster installation at Massanutten Resort in Virginia. The gravity-powered, four-season attraction extends more than 3,300 feet and features rider-controlled braking. 

OUTDOOR VENTURES launched Nine8 Ball Tracks, a gravity-powered ball track attraction for year-round recreation venues. The first installation opened at Owl Creek Landing in Virginia Beach, Va.

A recent MBA Action rider survey ranked four GRAVITY LOGIC-designed bike parks among North America's top 10, including the top three destinations. The rankings were based on rider feedback.

PRECISION APPROACH presented new research on landing location variation and pop velocity at the International Society for Snowsports Safety Conference in PyeongChang, South Korea. The company is also deploying its Air Intelligence platform at ski areas in Chile and partnered with the Snow Angel Foundation on safety education initiatives. 

INTER-MTN partnered with the SNOW ANGEL FOUNDATION and the National Ski Areas Association to develop a standardized collection of collision-safety signs for ski areas. Proceeds from sign sales support the foundation's safety education efforts. 

HESTRA introduced the PRO Hydro Wool, its first fully dipped work glove. Designed for snowmaking and other cold-weather applications, the glove features a waterproof outer shell and wool lining.

FT TECHNOLOGIES will be featured at the International Snow Science Workshop in Whistler this October through research conducted by avalanche researchers at Palisades Tahoe, Calif. The company's heated wind sensors are in use at Palisades Tahoe and Mammoth Mountain, Calif. 

MOUNTAIN UNIFORMS is celebrating 30 years of supplying custom uniforms to mountain resorts and outdoor organizations. The company has outfitted more than 750 organizations worldwide. 

NEVEPLAST opened Presolana Ski Arena 365, a year-round ski training facility in northern Italy featuring the company's latest artificial slope technology for alpine skiing and freestyle training.
