Swiss mountain sports brand MAMMUT was named as the exclusive uniform partner of the New York State Olympic Regional Development Authority (ORDA), which operates Whiteface, Belleayre, and Gore Mountains, as well as Mt. Van Hoevenberg and other Lake Placid Olympic facilities. The three-year agreement expands Mammut’s resort supplier program to 18 partners, serving more than 75 resorts across North America. 

Burlington (Vt.)-based web design and AI consulting firm ETERNITY will lead a full website redesign for Killington Resort and Pico Mountain in Vermont. The project includes a complete rebuild of the resort-wide conditions reporting system and integration of an AI-powered guest chatbot from GET SKI BOTS

With the acquisition of AI and analytics platform Dexibit, ACCESSO TECHNOLOGY GROUP created a new division, accesso Intelligence. The company has also expanded its partnership with global finance technology platform Ayden to integrate embedded payments as a core platform capability across all accesso products.

NXTCONCEPTS launched a new suite of AI services purpose-built for resorts, including AI-powered websites, AI Search Optimization (AEO), AI-PR, AI readiness audits, intelligent chatbots, and AI marketing. The company is offering complimentary website AI readiness audits until the end of June.

Austrian machinery group WINTERSTEIGER has acquired QBL, a Polish rental and shop solution manufacturer that specializes in sports equipment storage, drying, and display systems. The acquisition is part of a strategy to expand the company’s vertical integration and strengthen its international competitiveness.

Digital resort management solution SKADII and artificial intelligence and image recognition company BLUECIME partnered to integrate Blucime’s ropeway monitoring and intelligent automation into the Skadii workspace platform. The integration will enable operators to access enhanced real time monitoring, including automatic detection, queue and visitor flow measurements, and energy use insights.

SNOW ANGEL FOUNDATION has partnered with BERN HELMETS to launch foundation-branded helmets in support of collision awareness and safety. The nonprofit also partnered with mobile safety app and technology platform AIRFLARE to elevate safety-training messaging across its network of clients. Airflare will also provide complimentary annual app subscriptions to Snow Angel staff, volunteers, partners, and to employees at ski areas where Snow Angel delivers training.

A new coalition, PREMIUMS FOR THE PLANET , is looking to drive collective climate action in the insurance industry. By pulling together a like-minded coalition, the group, which is working with the town of Park City, Utah, and Taos Ski Valley, N.M., aims to realign underwriting incentives and direct premium capital toward climate resilience.
