Eric Clark

Eric Clark

President & CEO, Mammoth Resorts, Calif.
Eric Clark is President and Chief Operating Officer of Mammoth Resorts, overseeing Mammoth and June Mountains in Calif. With more than 35 years in the ski and hospitality industry, he has held leadership roles at Keystone, Breckenridge, Winter Park, and Park City before joining Mammoth Lakes more than a decade ago. At Mammoth, he has led expansions in lodging, food & beverage, retail, staff housing, and guest services, while also managing the resort’s air service program and strengthening local partnerships. During his tenure, he’s emphasized culture, operational efficiency, and enhancing visitor experience year-round. A Colorado native, he holds a bachelor’s degree from Colorado College and an MBA from the University of Denver.
John Melcher

John Melcher

Chief Executive Officer, Crystal Mountain, Mich.
John Melcher is Chief Executive Officer of Crystal Mountain, a family-owned, four-season resort in Thompsonville, Mich. He joined Crystal in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to CEO in 2021, building on a 25-year career with Fifth Third Bank. John has focused on aligning resort strategy with community goals and enhancing guest loyalty. He serves on the boards of the Michigan Chamber of Commerce and the Ferris State University College of Business, and remains active in ski patrol (alpine) and PSIA-AASI instruction. He also served for two decades with the Traverse City Police Department, retiring as reserve lieutenant.
Greg Pack

Greg Pack

President & General Manager, Mt. Hood Meadows, Ore.
Greg Pack is President and General Manager of Mt. Hood Meadows in Ore., bringing over 30 years of resort leadership to his role. His journey began in 1989 as a lift operator at Keystone and progressed through operational and management roles at Breckenridge, Mountain Creek Resort, Moonlight Basin, and Telluride Ski & Golf before landing at Meadows in 2019. At Mt. Hood Meadows, he leads strategy, guest experience, and capital development—balancing growth with preserving the mountain’s character. Greg has also served on boards for RMLA, NSAA, CSCUSA, and various local tourism and transportation entities.
Ladora Phillips

Ladora Phillips

General Manager, Ski Big Bear at Masthope Mountain, Pa.
Ladora “Lori” Phillips is General Manager of Recreation Management Corporation, which runs Ski Big Bear at Masthope Mountain and Costas Family Fun Park in Pa. Known for her hands-on leadership at smaller resorts, Lori works to strengthen community engagement, operations, and guest offerings. She sits on the NSAA Board of Directors, is vice-chair of the NSAA Small Resorts Committee, and is president of the Pennsylvania Outdoor Recreation Association. Outside resort work, Lori is deeply involved locally and passionate about lifelong learning, travel, and volunteer service.
Hugh Reynolds

Partner & Chief Marketing Officer, SNOW Partners, N.J.
Hugh Reynolds is Partner and Chief Marketing Officer at SNOW Partners, based in N.J., where he directs marketing and sales strategy across a diverse portfolio of resorts and recreation properties. He entered the ski industry in 2009 as Director of Marketing & Sales at Mountain Creek Resort and joined SNOW in 2014. Hugh is known for blending brand storytelling with data-driven pricing and product innovation, and often advises SNOW’s partner resorts on these strategies. He is a board member of Ski Areas of New York and is a sought-after speaker at industry events.
Ryan Schramm

Ryan Schramm

General Manager, Powderhorn Mountain Resort, Colo.
Ryan Schramm is General Manager of Powderhorn Mountain Resort in Colo., a community-oriented resort known for its welcoming culture and approachable terrain. A longtime advocate for smaller and independent areas, Ryan serves on the NSAA Board of Directors and has sat on its Growth Committee since 2018. He is also Vice President of Colorado Ski Country USA and participates actively on his local school board. A Pennsylvania native with roots in alpine racing and coaching, he holds USSA Level 300 and PSIA Level 2 certifications and earned a culinary degree from Penn State University.
Mike Solimano

Mike Solimano

President and General Manager, Killington Resort and Pico Mountain, Vt.
Mike Solimano is President and General Manager of Killington Resort and Pico Mountain in Vt., steering operations, strategic growth, and guest engagement across Vermont’s largest and most diversified ski areas. Before joining Killington in 2001 as VP of Finance, he held roles at Dynastar North America and Deloitte. Under his leadership, the resort introduced the Beast 365 pass—a pioneering year-round access product—and has focused heavily on staff culture and guest satisfaction. He sits on the boards of Ski Vermont, the NSAA, Killington Mountain School, and the Vermont Electric Power Company.
Belinda Trembath

Belinda Trembath

Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Whistler Blackcomb, B.C.
Belinda “BT” Trembath is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Whistler Blackcomb, B.C., bringing over 30 years of mountain operations and leadership to North America’s largest ski area. Raised in Australia, she began skiing at age six and became a ski instructor at Mt. Hotham, later advancing to Vice President & GM. She later oversaw Falls Creek and Perisher operations before relocating to Whistler. Belinda has led the Australian Ski Areas Association and now serves on boards including Tourism Whistler, the Smart Tourism Committee, and the Whistler Blackcomb Foundation.
Mike Unruh

Mike Unruh

Senior Vice President of Mountain Operations, Boyne Resorts
Mike Unruh is Vice President of Mountain Operations at Boyne Resorts, leading operations across ten ski resorts and Gatlinburg SkyPark. He launched his career at Copper Mountain in 1989, working across lift maintenance, ski patrol, and major event operations before assuming leadership roles at Big Sky Resort—where he oversaw the installation of North America’s first eight-place chairlift. Over his career, he has managed numerous lift and gondola projects and currently leads a significant gondola initiative at Big Sky. An avid skier and cyclist, Mike serves on the board of the Snow Angel Foundation and resides in Big Sky, Mont., with his wife Jenner and their dog Rio.
