Each year, we welcome ten mentees from among a highly qualified list of applicants to participate in SAM's Summit Series leadership development program. We encourage you to throw your hat in the ring with a detail application noting your qualifications or areas where you need support in your leadership journey, and be sure to get a reference from a leader in your network to help us get to know you better. 

Have a mentee to nominate? Write them a letter of recommendation and encourage them to apply! 

Mentee Qualifications:

• Mentees must be employed at least full-time seasonally at a mountain resort.
• Mentees must be willing to actively participate in all aspects of the program from the mentor group calls to the one-on-one mentor calls.
• Mentees must be willing to assess their current skill sets and development.
• Mentees must be willing to have their name and likeness shared in promotion of, and in content created from, the Summit Series program.
