Devil’s Head Resort is seeking an experienced and motivated Mountain Manager to lead all mountain operations departments, including Grooming, Snowmaking, and Chairlift Operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional slope conditions, safe and efficient lift operations, and a best-in-class guest experience.

The ideal candidate is a strong team leader with a passion for mountain operations, operational efficiency, and employee development. Responsibilities include managing department supervisors and staff, overseeing equipment and maintenance coordination, planning and executing snowmaking operations, grooming strategy, lift operations and safety compliance, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring seamless day-to-day mountain operations.
