Sunlight Mountain Resort is seeking a Level 3 certified instructor for Director of Ski & Ride School. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact at a beloved, independent ski area known for its family-friendly vibe, authentic mountain experience, and tight-knit team culture.

As Director of Ski & Ride School, you’ll oversee all aspects of the ski and snowboard school, including program development, staff leadership, guest experience, and financial performance. We're looking for a strategic and enthusiastic leader who can grow our instructional programs, support and develop instructors, and deliver exceptional on-snow experiences to guests of all ages and abilities.
